Perfect Pastry Flour!

I am pleased to report that un-enriched whole wheat pastry flour is a lovely potato free choice for those of us (which will now include YOU, dear cookie eater) who are not eating potato. Moreover, the lovely people at Bob's Red Mill make an organic un-enriched white flour.

Shortbread, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Cake.... all come out with the right taste and texture... you wouldn't even know I had changed flours, if I hadn't rambled on about it in previous missives.

Good news! And just in time for the holidays.
